Join Ken Feakins on a monthly basis at Yoga in Fergus for an opportunity to experience connection and solidarity amongst a group of supportive men. This gathering is about support, acceptance and accountability. Your time will include physical activity, honest sharing, breathwork and meditation, somatic release and mindful techniques that will help us look directly at things we have been carrying around and let them go.
This a by-donation event.

Spring Rejuvination

The Spring is a time of seasonal transition, when the body naturally begins to shift out of winter heaviness. This Ayurvedic yoga class supports gentle circulation, lymphatic flow, and renewal without force.
The practice includes mindful movement for circulation, heart-opening postures, lymphatic self-massage with marma points, warming and soothing pranayama, and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) for energy balancing and rejuvenation.
Leave feeling lighter, warmer, and more clears you move into spring with intention and ease.

Through drumming, medicine songs and shared wisdom, we will open our hearts and embrace the energy of renewal and new growth. This is a space where you can rest and be held as the spirit of cacao awakens within you all the magic, wisdom and beauty you already hold. Come as you are with an open heart and open mind as we share an experience that will recharge and refresh the body, mind, and spirit, so you can step forward into your life and embrace all unfolding this spring season.
Somatic Breathwork

Join Koady for a calming, breathwork practice, designed to support you through Spring, as energy begins to shift from deep inwardness toward gentle emergence. The practice is especially supportive for those feeling fatigued, emotionally tender, overstimulated, or in a transitional phase of life The session weaves together principles from Somatic breathwork and sound/vibration (tuning forks and subtle sound application). Leave feeling grounded, present, and resourced.
This session requires no previous experience and is open to everyone.
