Mabon: Autumn Equinox Celebration w/ Lindsay Craig

Come and join in the celebration of Mabon. Mabon is the Celtic acknowledgement of the Autumn equinox. It is a wonderful time to honour the seasonal transition from summer to fall, where there is equal day and night. We will also be weaving in the lovely and relaxing practice of Yoga Nidra. This workshop will offer a deeply restorative experience, helping participants to align with the natural rhythms of the earth and prepare for the inward-turning energy of the colder months ahead. A beautiful time to pause and focus on balance, gratitude and personal reflection.
KIDS YOGA

Join Emma for kids yoga to move, connect, and have fun. In this playful kids yoga class, children will discover the practice of yoga through fun themes, stories, games and music! Children will learn tools that can be used to better understand their emotions and cultivate mindfulness. This is a safe space where every child can feel free and empowered in their body. Come move, explore and play!
The class is every Monday from 4:15-5:00pm from September 21 through to November 3 (There is no class on October 12).
Cocao Ceremony

Join us in community as we connect with the medicine of Cacao and sacred ceremony. This is a space where you can rest and be held. Through drumming, medicine songs and shared wisdom, we will open our hearts as the spirit of Cacao activates within you all the magic, wisdom and beauty you already hold. Come as you are with an open heart and open mind as we share an experience that will recharge and realign the body, mind, and spirit, so you can carry forward into your life all the love and joy created here together.
