👉 You don’t need any experience to begin—we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Do my passes work for all classes?
Yes—passes can be used for all regularly scheduled classes.
They are not valid for:

What To Expect
What do I need to bring to class?
Just yourself. Most students bring a yoga mat, but we also have mats and all props (blocks, straps, blankets) available at the studio.
We recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing comfortable clothing you can move in.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever feels comfortable. Most people choose stretchy, breathable clothing. Yoga is practiced barefoot, but socks are welcome if you prefer.
