Yin Yoga

Level: Beginner
Pace: Slow

Targets the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and holds postures for three to five minutes releasing deeper tension and complements dynamic styles.

You’ll get:

Gentle Flow

A more active class focused on strength, endurance, and movement.

Focused work on core stability and strength to support your whole body.

Yoga Nidra

All-Levels Vinyasa Flow

A guided relaxation practice (no movement) designed to deeply rest your body and mind.

Emphasizes a deliberate pace, featuring movements and held postures to promote deep relaxation.

  • Dealing with tight hips, back pain, or conditions like sciatica
