Whether you're looking for a gentle stretch or an energizing flow, our colour-coded schedule will help you find the right class! The different class types (and colours) are listed below.
Activate, meditate, strengthen.
Classes are in purple. Each Kundalini Yoga class consists of an opening chant & pranayama (breath) work followed by a specific kriya (exercises). A time for rest follows this and then a short meditation is practiced which is focused on raising the Kundalini Energy.
