Class Types

Whether you're looking for a gentle stretch or an energizing flow, our colour-coded schedule will help you find the right class! The different class types (and colours) are listed below.

Introduction To Yoga

For those new to the practice of yoga.

Classes are in blue. We’ll cover yoga terminology, work on fundamental postures, and bust yoga myths! Yoga is for everyone! These classes are ideal for those who feel hesitant about participating in a yoga class.

Gentle Stretch

Mobility, strength, release.

Classes are in green. These gentle classes will show our bodies some love by working on flexibility and reconnecting with ourselves.

Gentle Movement

Flexibility, balance, strength.

Classes are in Orange. You will be guided through slow & gentle poses. Expect steady effort, finishing with a chance to rest your body.

Warrior One


Move, breath, energize.

Classes are in red. These Vinyasa yoga classes practice a fluid combination of breath and movement.

Yoga Nidra

Calm, quiet, restored.

Classes are in turquoise. Yoga Nidra is a deep meditation that uses a variety of techniques—including guided imagery and body scanning—to aid relaxation and offer balance and healing in the body and mind.

Kundalini Yoga Class


Activate, meditate, strengthen.

Classes are in purple. Each Kundalini Yoga class consists of an opening chant & pranayama (breath) work followed by a specific kriya (exercises).  A time for rest follows this and then a short meditation is practiced which is focused on raising the Kundalini Energy.
