Summer Solstice Gentle Flow & Restore

Join Carol for ninety minutes of gentle yoga to celebrate the beginning of summer. Your practice will begin with thirty minutes of sun-inspired movement, followed by sixty minutes of mindful rest. This practice is supported with yoga props, including warm accuballs and lavender eye masks, to support relaxation and a deeper connection. Finish up with light refreshments, including lemonade and sun tea, fresh fruit and snacks.

Intro to Yoga 6-week series
Tuesday, May 16 - June 20
This series will introduce the fundamentals of yoga in a safe and engaging class. Students will learn yoga postures, as well as breathing and relaxation techniques. Over the 6 weeks you will build strength and flexibility as you get more comfortable in your yoga practice.
