Treat yourself to a much needed rest. This special 90-minute candlelit restorative class will include the use of yoga props, heated lavender eye masks, and accuballs as a way of helping you unwind and relax. The class will finish with warm tea and snacks. Dress in comfortable, warm clothing. Everyone is welcome.

Kundalini is a form of yoga that involves chanting, breathing exercises and repetitive poses, with the purpose of activating inner spiritual energy (Kundalini). This particular workshop is directed at opening the breath and increasing circulation. The breath and how well it flows plays a strong role in determining your emotional state. When you are breathing freely, you feel more centered, energized and uplifted. We will finish our practice with a circle mantra meditation to balance our energy and leave feeling renewed and refreshed. This workshop is taught by Kelly Mayville. he is an experienced Kundalini and Yin yoga teacher. She emphasizes the strong health benefits of yoga, alongside a deeply spiritual approach to the practice. This workshop is an excellent opportunity to expand your yoga experience or to deepen your kundalini yoga practice. Suitable for all-levels.
